The Fertility Lab Method

The Fertility Lab Method is a 5-month, structured group coaching programme designed to optimise reproductive physiology for both partners and support fertility. You’ll learn how hormones, metabolism, stress, gut and immune function, and inflammation influence conception - and how to address them using clear, science-led strategies.

The programme includes fortnightly live sessions, practical tools and frameworks, implementation guidance, and ongoing group support, with an optional 1:1 upgrade for complex cases. It is suitable for those preparing for natural conception or IVF.
